In celebration of 2013 Chocolate Week, The Park Lane Hotel, London has created a bespoke chocolate afternoon tea in partnership with Thorntons chocolatiers.
Available for a limited time from Saturday 12th October to Sunday 27th October 2013, the Thorntons Chocolate Week Afternoon Tea will include a delightful array of chocolate-inspired teatime treats.
The hotel’s award-winning Pastry Chef, Sarah Hartnett and Thorntons Master Chocolatier, Keith Hurdman have curated this special afternoon tea that will also provide guests with a sneak peek of Thorntons new "Indulgence" range, launching early in 2014.
To accompany the Thorntons Chocolate Week Afternoon Tea, our Tea Sommelier has put together a very fine tea selection from JING to complement chocolate, including the Vanilla Black tea, a dark tea in which neat black Vietnamese tea-leaf infuses to reveal an intoxicating aroma of moist vanilla pods leaching into sweet raisin fruits.
See below a selection of delicious treats included.
